In collaboration with Klarna, we offer invoice payment, part payment, credit card payment and direct payment. This payment solution is called Klarna Checkout.
By submitting information at checkout, you agree to the terms of the Klare. By clicking “Finish Purchase” you agree to our General Terms and Conditions.
Klarna Checkout presents some information to you as soon as you are identified. The information you need to enter to identify may vary between different buying opportunities and customers. No credit information is never taken directly into Klarna Checkout, but if necessary depending on the payment option you have chosen. Credit information taken by Klarna does not affect your credit rating and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you, such as banks.
Once you have been identified, Klarna Checkout will show you what options are available to you. Invoice is managed as a payment option, but you can of course choose one of the other alternatives, such as direct payment via bank or payment by card. The alternatives you are offered may change from time to time. You can choose whether you want to protect your use of Klarna Checkout with a PIN code.
All communication and payment information comes to you directly from Klarna.
You as a customer can choose to pay your order by card. When card payment at our online Shop you can use VISA or Mastercard / Eurocard. Card purchases are free. When ordering, a reservation is made of the purchase price in your account. The money is only drawn when the goods are shipped.
All card payments are handled by Vaasan Aito Saippua Oy’s partner Klarna AB who checks that the card is approved for purchase. All card information is encrypted, which means that no unauthorized person can see it. The receipt on your payment is sent in the package and serves as proof of purchase (receipt).
We send the ordered products as a package within 1-3 working days after receiving the order. If any of the products in your order are out of stock,we will contact you.
Vaasa Soap Ab never assigns your information to outsiders, but only uses them to maintain contact with you as a customer.
Like most other webshops, Vasa Tvål Ab uses the online store so-called. cookies. A cookie can be described as a small text file containing information stored on your computer. By using cookies, a website can recognize a user’s browser when the user returns to the page. Cookies thus make the service easier to use. The products you order have a 14-day right of return. The returned product must be unused and the packaging must be in a condition for sale. We do not accept opened and partially used products.
The reason for the return must be attached to the returned product, as well as the account number to which the purchase price will be returned. The customer is responsible for mailing their own return.
We will reimburse the postage of the returned product according to the cheapest shipping method. We will replace any defect in the product at no cost primarily by delivering a defect-free product. If this is not possible, we will refund the price you paid for the product to your account upon receipt of the defective product.

Sometimes, despite careful packing, parcels can be damaged during mail delivery support. Therefore, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package while it is in the presence of the postman. If the package has been damaged during transport and if the ordered product (s) has also been damaged, make a claim immediately (within 14 days at the latest) at your post office.
